If for any reason you aren't satisfied with your order, contact our customer care department to get a Return Authorization number.
All merchandise must be returned in the original packaging in new condition.
If you have ordered personalized merchandise and we have made a mistake in printing the message, we will reprint the order and ship it to you with no additional charges.
Although our typesetters attempt to check for spelling and punctuation errors, we cannot be held responsible for spelling and punctuation errors in your personalized messages. Although we cannot offer refunds due to customer errors on personalized products, we will work with you to get the product reprinted. In some cases, we may be able to offer a discount on the reprinted order.
Items produced by Great Papers will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
Returns containing more than 10 items may be charged a 15% restocking fee.
