How Quickly Will My Order Get Shipped?
Orders that are received before 7:30 AM EST will be processed and shipped on the same (business) day. Any orders received after that time will be shipped in 1 business day or sooner.
Please allow up to 3-4 business days of processing time for personalized boxed cards, large quantities of (10 or more) personalized individual cards or printing of return addresses on envelopes.
Shipping Options: Delivery to an address in the United States
When shipping to an address in the United States you have the option of shipping through the US Postal Service (US Mail) or UPS.
You have the option to view the shipping rates on the shopping cart page when you provide your delivery ZIP code.

Please note that UPS packages only move on business days (Monday through Friday) and UPS does not ship on major holidays. Orders shipped via the US Postal Service are processed Monday through Saturday and the delivery estimates are based upon all days of the week.
Local Pickup Option (Buffalo and Western New York)
If your delivery address is within 50 miles of our Lancaster, NY location you'll see a "Local Pickup" option in the list of shipping options.
If you select the "Local Pickup" option we'll process your order and have it ready for you to pick up from Lancaster, New York location.
The normal turn-around time to process an order so it's ready for pickup is between 2-4 hours.
We'll send you an email when your order is ready to pickup.
Just bring your phone and display the "Ready for Pickup" email message at our front counter and we'll have your order ready to go.
Please note that there is a small surcharge for orders of $5.00 or less to cover credit card processing fees. There is no fee for orders greater than $5.00.

Multiple Shipping Addresses
One of the great options you can utilize is the ability to have multiple delivery addresses and recipients during the checkout process. As an example, you can customize a birthday card for your sister, add another birthday card with a personal message for your uncle and send each card to a different person and delivery address. You have the flexibility to send any number of items to any number of people or addresses.
Can I Choose a Future Shipping Date?
If you're adding a personal message to the inside of a card and mailing it directly to the recipient for a special occasion you can fill out the order "notes" during the checkout process and let us know if you need the card mailed on a future date. When choosing a shipping date, please allow the appropriate number of days in transit based upon the shipping service selected.
Order Tracking
Once your package has left one of our fulfillment centers, you will receive an email message confirming the shipment of your order.
Please note that the USPS (US Mail) First Class Letter option is the same as placing a stamp on an envelope and there is no package tracking.
Standard Shipping Rates: Delivery to an address in the United States
All of our shipping rates are based upon the weight of your package and the final delivery destination. Because of the variety of products that we offer your shipping rate will be calculated based upon those factors.
Free Shipping Offer: Delivery in the Continental United States
You don't have to wait for a coupon or sale to earn Free Standard Shipping on your order. Any packages with a merchandise net subtotal (before adding shipping and sales tax) of $75 or more and being delivered to an address in the continental United States will qualify for free standard shipping.
The free shipping offer is not available on packages delivered to Alaska and Hawaii.

At this time, PaperCards.com does not ship to any countries outside of the United States.
